This Web page contains golf hole pics of North Ridge CC that have been "recently" added to our Website. I put recently in quotes, as I am not sure how often the page will be updated. It depends upon weather/camera-availability when I am on the golf course and other factors. It is intended that the next phase of North Ridge photos will be movies of each golf hole. However, I am in the midst of trying to come up with an approach to do that with my limited camera and captured-video editing experience. I realize that I show this view a lot -- but, I continue to look for "THE" photo. These three are quite nice. ----------------------------------------------------------------- A December View of a WONDERFUL Par-5 on the Oaks Course December 13, 2015 Well, this may be the December photo for the upcoming year's golf calendar. I will decide in a couple of weeks. Unfortunately, Global Warming is keeping the Bermuda fairways and rough less-dormant than it should be; so, I would guess that we will see more winter kill this coming January and February. You may be "tired" of seeing the Oaks Course; however, I use this Web page as a holding-spot for selecting photos at the end of the year. This day, I took some photos from spots that I often "just pass by" and don't photograph. I always enjoy these spots, though -- and, the spots ARE worthy of a photo or two/three...! Oaks 4th Green Area No traps on Oaks #4 - anywhere, on this hole. A large, well mounded/protected green, though. A fine par-4. Oaks 18th Second Shot Area After a nice drive on this terrific par-5, second-shot options are offered the player. Normally, 180 yards straight ahead is a good choice! Any other choice... You are on your own....

When the teardowns / replacement homes started a few years ago, I wondered why it was happening. Once I thought about the wonderful lots around North Ridge Country Club, though - it made some kind of sense. Some of the homes built in the 1960s are being replaced with 2015's version. We see, soon, what the current house foundation brings forth.
